To ensure our specialists have the dedicated time to properly pamper you, we require a deposit when booking all permanent makeup appointments. This deposit serves as confirmation of your scheduled visit.
However, if you fail to show up for your booked appointment or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited completely. Not only will you lose your deposit, but you will need to pay another deposit in order to rebook.
We understand unexpected issues occasionally come up last minute. In cases of illness, family/work emergencies, we can work with you on rescheduling with deposit credit for a future service. But you must communicate with us ASAP so we can attempt to fill your appointment slot.
